Hakomi Mindful Relationships Workshop

A 3 days journey with Prof. Rob Fisher from JFK university and the director of California Hakomi Institute.

About Hakomi:

The Hakomi Method is a mindfulness, and experience-based approach to change. The Method is used both as a psychotherapeutic process as well as in educational settings to facilitate self-exploration and personal growth. Originally, developed by Ron Kurtz in the late 1970’s, The Method itself combines venerable operating principles with mindfulness and precise methodology to create an extraordinarily effective path towards transformation.

Hakomi is a highly effective and creative method for working with individuals, couples, families, groups, movement, and body work. While primarily developed as a psychotherapeutic modality, Hakomi has continued to evolve in its applications. Our graduates come from a wide spectrum of professions including psychotherapists, psychiatrists, psychologists, counselors, social workers, coaches, nurses, doctors, surgeons, dentists, lawyers, financial counselors, business managers,  organizational consultants, yoga instructors, acupuncturists, chiropractors, bodyworkers and dance and movement therapists, as well as lay off people.
